As a Registered Nurse with an extensive background in emergency departments, critical care, and prehospital emergency services—including roles at Trinity Health, Corewell Health, and North Ottawa Community Hospital—he brings a high level of clinical precision and leadership to his role. His multi-faceted professional history spans trauma centers, cardiothoracic intensive care, and emergency medical services, supported by advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and TNCC-equivalent emergency care. This robust clinical expertise, operational background, and dedication to evidence-based practice make him exceptionally qualified to serve as the Vice President of Skilled Nursing in Home Care and as an owner for Premier Care Pros, LLC.

Scott Kurant graduated from Mona Shores High School in 1992 and furthered his education at Ferris State University—earning both an Associate degree in Plastics Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering—alongside an MBA in Advanced Business Administration from Walsh College. As the President, founder, and co-owner of Premier Care Pros, LLC, he brings an incredible depth of business experience, executive leadership, and operational background from prominent organizations like Covestro, Oakley, and Daimler Chrysler. Beyond his impressive corporate achievements, Scott brings a profound personal dedication to caregiving: he currently, and for the last five years, has lovingly cared for his live-in 81-year-old mother while working full-time, while also raising a successful child diagnosed with severe ADHD.
